Failed renders
If an export fails, it is refunded automatically: it does not count against your plan or credits.
Payments that were charged by mistake
If you were charged twice or the amount is wrong, contact us with your payment reference and we will correct it or refund the difference.
Used exports
Exports that completed successfully and that you downloaded are not refundable. Unused monthly plans can be stopped before the next month starts.
